Cancellation & Refund Policy
For any reasons, if you want to cancel the appointment or apply for refund and returns, below is our policy for the cancellation and refund:
Online payment on CRH ENT website or through other mobile apps:
- The website and mobile applications provide you the facility to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for the services available on the website or mobile app.
- If you opt for online payment, you will be directed to some other third-party payment gateway to process the payment. In this case, you will be administered by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Therefore, CRH ENT Hospital and Diagnostic Centre will not be accountable.
- CRH ENT Hospital and Diagnostic Centre will also be not liable, if any transaction is not matured or not completed or, there is any error or failure from the bank or the credit card company or the third-party site.
- Cancellation requests can be made through call or e-mail. For both the modes, the acceptance of the CRH ENT Hospital and Diagnostic Centre is necessary.
- If an amount has been deposited by the beneficiary of the patient in the hospital for any procedure or surgery. The beneficiary can request for the cancellation of the said surgery/procedure 24-hours before the date of procedure/consultation.
- Cancellation requests received after the stipulated time will not be entertained.
- Cancellation requests within the stipulated time that are not acknowledged by CRH ENT Hospital and Diagnostic Centre will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Policy
- After receiving the request for cancellation, the refund if any, will be processed within 7-10 working days in the original mode of payment.
- To process refunds, a 5 per cent processing charges will be applicable on the original amount that is to be refunded.
